I just wanted to send an email to say how amazing the new changes to the email system and design are! Oh and let s not forget the bloody amazing bounce back system Ed implemented last week! You have no idea how much easier my life is now these changes are in place (well, design just makes it prettier to look at, but hey that s always a welcome change).
